Supply condition in Apache Systems

Hello,
Can someone tell me what does supply conditions in the Apache Systems table mean. There are just 2 options: external air or tepmerature from profile (absolute one). Is this the condition of the air which is provided already in the room, after all preheaters and coolers, or this is the condition of the air which just enters the system, in order to be precooled or preheated and then supplied in the room. And if it is supply conditions in the room, after passing the whole ventilation system components, should i put the tempertures of the supply air that i would like to have, or they are adjustable to room temperatures? For example i have heating system based on ventilation with heat recovery, should i put the temperatures like 45, 40, that i would like to provide in order to have 20 or 18 degrees in the room? I was doing different simulations and get completly wierd results.
