Could some one let me know how to show granite cladding and portland stone cladding on external wall of the building in modelIT.

Hi,

From the perspective of thermal energy analyses you just represent this in your external wall constructions. If you mean to visualize this in modelviewer then you are limited to the selection of textures currently available (if you have split surfaces you can go down to surface level then apply different textures to different areas of the same wall if you like).
