Hi!

Does anybody knowhow long it takes to receive the activation keys for the 30-day product trial for the Full VE Suite for a standalone laptop via email? I am trying to register a new software key in order to access Simulex and I have e-mailed a few times over the last week but have not received any reply.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi ,
It takes 24 Hours (approximately) to receive the keys from 'Keys Department' of IES <VE>.
If you have filled the 'IES Software Registration Procedure' form correctly & sent it to keys@iesve.com , then i must say you have followed the correct procedure.
After sending the 'Registation' information you will receive a mail from 'Keys department' stating "Your IES <Virtual Environment> software keys are ready for download".
After receiving this mail you need to press the 'Activate software' button when the <VE> started for the first time.

I hope this has been of some help.

You may need training to get command over 'Simulex' & other modules of IES <VE> software.
You can book a seat for a training using following link.

To view training calendar , please visit: http://iesve.com/training
For Enquiries about training , please contact: training@iesve.com .

Hi Rory,

I have sent you a private email as we do not appear to have received your trial license request. After we receive your request we will be able to issue your trial license keys shortly after.
