student keys porblem! please help

i bought student offer 1 month ago, i didt do any change and maybe the not enough space leave in the Drive C lead to a overwriting, a diolog shown up when i try to run the software and said "WARNING: the pin number: 9RQC3RRTCU55EDST stored in the keys.txt file at C:\Documents and setting\all user\ application data\ies\apps\keys is not valid for that folder, the pin number for the specific location: ECQ85V27TWV9583D†. i contact the keys@iesve.com. they told me to delete the keyspath.txt. but i cant find it in the key folder, then i reply 3 times, but no reponse yet. can somebody help me here?
