"Unknown Handle"

i have assigned a template for 22 story building, when i select the apache tab, the unknown handle error message appears. What does this mean and how can i fix the error so i can continue.

Can you copy the exact error message text and a description of what you typically do when it appears. I'll speak to the knowledge base guys and see if we have an FAQ or advice to resolve the error for you.

Note for anyone else asking about an error message it's a lot easier to identify the problem and troubleshoot if you give the exact error and description of the conditions when it appears (screenshots are always beneficial too).
