How to import system data from another project?

I had made a comprehensive list of various HVAC systems in one project and thought that they could be imported to another project. However, when I import the thermal templates to a new project, all system data is lost and replaced by 'main system' only and even the 'main system' is not what I had specified it to be in the original project. Is there a way to import the system data? This seems peculiar since data stored in the other tabs of thermal templates imports ok (like room conds, internal gains and air exchanges). Please help!

Hi,

There is currently no function in <VE> to import systems from one project to another I'm afraid. It is possible we will add this in a future version but I can not say when this may be.

If you intend to work this way then I would suggest you keep a master project with all the standard templates, systems etc and then use this as the basis for new projects and all you have to do is add the geometry and assign data.
