Hi,
I'm new to IES.

kindly advise me on the followings:
- how to apply material properties to adjacent building?
- my window is 4 m high with 2 different material: from 0-750 mm is spandrel, 750-2800 mm is vision glass, 2800-4000 mm is spandrel.how to apply this 2 different materials?

Thank you so much

The adjacent building doesn't have thermal properties like a heated space so you can't assign constructions to this. The adjacency between a heated space and a space defined adjacent building will be adiabatic I believe.

So adjacent buildings or local shades won't transmit radiation, nor reflected solar irradiation?
