I got some problem after updating new version of IES!!

I got a problems with updating IES(VE) 6.2.0.1. Actually, I can use IES(VE) anymore after I upgrade my IES to version 6.2.0.1. Could you please give a hand to shoot the proble or where I can look for support? Thanks for your attention!!

Hi Ming-tse,

I have sent you a direct message to request a Troubleshooting report from you. I believe this will be due to a licensing issue (perhaps an expired trial) but the troubleshooting report will confirm this for me and hopefully I can work with the keys team to resolve this.
