Hi,
I've confirmed the keys team have your email and all the info you need so you should receive the trial keys soon (there can be a slight delay in processing the trial requests due to the volume of requests we get every day).
If you don't have the email by around Tuesday or Wednesday next week then send another email to the keys team to remind them.

PS you have included some data in your post that may be sensitive and I'd advise you to edit the post and delete the keys stuff. We have the info you sent so there's no need to make it public here.

We installed the IES but we didn`t received the keys right now.
Please Email this keys for us as soon as possible.
Having your product is vital for us, by this mean we really need to buy it ever academical or full package, just after we test it.
