You need to enable "Notify me upon replies by default" from your profile settings.

Hi,
You have guessed it right.
The most likely possibilities are that the forum’s mailserver settings have not been configured correctly or the mailserver is not configured to relay emails from the support server.
I am in discussion with our Web developer , will update you soon.
