Error: Weather File not recognized for Criterion 3

Hi,
it sounds like you haven't bough any CIBSE weather files. You need these before you can run DSM Compliance simulations.
There is some more info about buying these at http://www.iesve.com/ComplianceUK/CIBSE-Weather-Files.
If you have already purchased these then all you should need to do is click Set Site Location in Compliance and on Simulation Weather Data select a City in the UK Building Regulations section.
