Error: Weather File not recognized for Criterion 3
How and where do i assign this. someone please help me.

Hi,
it sounds like you haven't bough any CIBSE weather files. You need these before you can run DSM Compliance simulations.
There is some more info about buying these at
http://www.iesve.com/ComplianceUK/CIBSE-Weather-Files.
If you have already purchased these then all you should need to do is click Set Site Location in Compliance and on Simulation Weather Data select a City in the UK Building Regulations section.
