I am using VE-Pro 6.3; when I open the building template manager on my 13" laptop the save, ok and cancel buttons are all covered by the start bar. There also doesn't seem to be any way of resizing this window. My question is, is there any way of resizing the building template manager window?

Sorry to see that you are facing a problem with screen resolution.
'Building Template Manager' it is programmed not to resize.
I have mentioned a link which shows the minimum screen resolution. Make sure that your machine meets the minimum system requirement.

Similar to :
setFixedWidth (W_Size);
setFixedHeight (H_Size);
There is a possibility in coming next versions that , forms which can not be resized in older versions will be modified to avoid such type of issues.
