Apache HVAC Control

Hey guys,

I am trying to control the supply air temperature to a room using a fan coil unit. Can someone please help me which inputs to use on the cooling and heating coil sensors? I want to maintain a temperature of 21oC. I assume proportional control is required however I cannot seem to get the control to work.
