Thermal Bridges
I read the post about thermal bridges and I changed the settings in Constrution->Settings->Thermal Bridges and saved it but I don't see any change in results in ApacheSim? Can anybody help me with that? Thanks!

Thermal bridging coefficient doesn't exist in IES. A drawback if you ask me. Arguments about negligible affect aside it's an issue that they should really be dealing with.
The factor that you have changed is only relevant to the UK building compliance - something that isn't immediately apparent from the window it's on - they need some work here.
To account for bridging you might well have to adjust the fabric's U-value because the thermal engine (apache) doesn't know about bridging.
