Looking at the error file it simply says:
* [ 145] *** ERROR 1 *** : (Keyword out of range): COOL-SSEER = 0.064
*** ERRORS *** Number of errors: 1
*** WARNINGS *** Number of warnings: 340
*** CWARNINGS *** Number of cwarnings: 0
END
...but it doesnt tell me what the problem is!!!!!!!!

you need to edit your system. Open apache systems >> NCM System Wizard and edit cooling system generator seasonal EER.
Be aware I have seen occasions where the system you have specified in the Wizard is heating only but an invalid COOL efficiency is written out to the SBEM inp file and this can result in calc time errors, you can easily fix this by changing to a Heating and Cooling system, make edits on the Cooling System tab then switch back to the Heating system you require.
Hope this helps, it should be a quick fix for you to avoid this error and continue with your SBEM calcs.

Dear God man... you are using SBEM? I didn't realise the recession was that bad.
All hands to pumps!
