I haven't experienced this one before.

Can you give some further information regarding your setup please? What version of Sketchup are you running, what version of <VE> do you have installed, do you have the IES <VE> SketchUp plug-in installed?

What do you do when you get this error? If it only happens for a specific model then please send this to support@iesve.com and mark it FAO Phil so I can pick it up.

Please upload a screenshot of the error message as well.

This should help us look into this one.
