Runtime Error

Hi,

This is a known issue with the plug-in/Windows. I have copied advice from the FAQ that will help you to correct this:

MSXML Runtime Error
You are getting this error message because the latest version of the <VE> requires an update to the
MSXML core services.
Please read the following document to fix the Runtime Error you are currently experiencing.

This error can be fixed one of two ways;
1). In Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel click on the "MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB933579)" item then click on the button labelled "Change". In the new window click the next button. Ensure the repair option is selected & click next. Then click the install button & click Finish when it has completed.

OR

2). MSXML 6.0 SP1 is pushed out by Windows Updates to all XP SP2 machines & is included as part of the forthcoming XP SP3. It comes with all versions of Vista as standard too. It is listed in Add/Remove programs as "MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB933579)" on Windows XP. If it has not been installed it can be downloaded from

If it is installed & has been unregistered through whatever means you can re-register it by running the command "regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\msxml6.dll" on a 32bit O/S or "regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWoW64\msxml6.dll" on a 64bit O/S.

Simply copy and paste the text between the inverted commas for the relevant OS by hitting “Start” then “Run”. Paste the text into the “Run” box and click OK, you should get a dialogue box with a message like;

“DllRegisterServer in C:\Windows\System32\msxml6.dll succeeded”

When you see this, restart your machine and continue with the <VE>.

This should remedy the runtime error you are receiving.
