Hi,
The last Shared Content update we released was with VE 6.3, you can manually download the full shared cont installer from our Version Archive at http://www2.iesve.com/content/kb/ve/arcindx.htm.
I'm not sure why this has been removed from the main download section of our website but if you download any latest installer (ve64setup.exe) then it will attempt to download and install the latest shared content if it is required so I'd advise you try this to see if it is necessary before starting this download (the only reason it is available for download separately is the automatic download can get blocked on some users machines).
Hope this clarifies and we get the link back on the main download page soon
