Could you tell me, what should I put in Apache systems (for a gorund source heat pump) for seasonal efficiency and SCoP if I only know that the COP=3,6?

You shoud just take out the heating loads and divide them by you COP outside in Excel,

The CoP of a GSHP is going to fluctuate with ground temperature but ground temperatures are far more stable than air so the difference between CoP and SCoP will be smaller than for an air source heat pump.

The manufacturer should be able to send you a spec sheet with the CoPs at various ground temperatures. You could then combine that with ground condition estimations from your area to build up an average through the year. It's a hefty spreadsheet but perfectly doable.

If you have multiple heat pump systems around the building with heating and cooling trading off against each other than the calculation becomes very unique per building and far more complicated.
