while am start re model my modellling i have an error room are not planer but i am sure all point its conct to each other
how can i solve this problem please ?

Not sure , how you are drawing it.
I would advise to use latest IES<VE> version & give a try for drawing.

this can happen when sometimes when you import from SketchUp or Revit using our plug-ins, it's usually down to bad geometry exported from the modelling software to gbXML so there isn't a lot you can do about it until you get to ModelIT.
- You can try redraw the rooms in the 3rd party modelling software to remove the source of the problem or
- you can delete the room in ModelIt and redraw it without the errors.
We generally advise anyone using the plug-ins to familiarise yourself with ModelIT so that you can tidy any areas that were imported with problems and ensure you have the best quality geometry before starting analysis.
