How to model theatre, auditorium, or big spaces for sports

Post by geshen516 »

In theatre or building for sports activity, there are always some zones whose
internal height is much bigger than conventional zone.

What is the energy simulation strategy for these kinds of spaces? Does the
well-mix still work?

Hope to get your advices.

Thanks very much

Hi,

This is a common question and we usually advise to divide the space vertically as you have suggested.

Some more info on this and reasoning is covered in the knowledge base article http://www2.iesve.com/Support/Knowledge ... sectionId=.
