unmatched adjacencied when adding holes

Hi!

Why do I get unmatched adjacencies when I put holes between the rooms? The store is divided into several room types (zones) but they are not separated by a wall (thus the holes). The adjacency issues only comes up when I add in 100% holes into the partition walls. But when I leave at least 10% of the partition wall to be solid, I don't get any adjacency issues.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
Could you please try following things.
1) Try 'Rebuild' command from 'Model settings" dialogue or type 'rebuild' command in key-in field.
2) If you are using any older version of VE then I would strongly recommend you to use our latest VE version.

Try the above things & then let us know.

Hi,

this sounds like an issue that we fixed in 6.4.0.7. I've copied the Release Note below for you, it was only a problem with the ModelIT report so you don' need to upgrade now but it willl be fixed when you do choose to update and you should check the release notes to be aware of other issues that have been resolved
Model Check Report improvements [ID-0040614]: When two rooms are adjacent and the shared surface has a 100% hole, the ModelIT Check Report no longer flags up the adjacency as an unmatched adjacency Zero area.

Hello,

Thanks for the replies.

I've tried the "Rebuild", nothing happened. Unmatched adjacencies are still there. I will upgrade to 6.4.0.7, and will advise you guys what happens. Thanks.
