Hi,

I've read the topic "What does "Use Custom Parameters for Apache simulation" do?" in the knowledge base answer but I could understand what happens when I check this box.

Could anyone tell me a little bit about it?

I don't actually know what this refers to, I assume it's related to Radiance inputs that advanced users may be modifying but I'll confirm with one of our expert users and post back here (I'll see that that the FAQ on the knowledge base is updated with the clarifications too)

Hi,

Got a quick answer on this one - this refers to the Quality settings on the Images tab. There is a Custom option here where you can enter all the settings manually yourself.

The idea being most thermal users don't have enough data or desire to enter these custom parameters so in general the sensor calcs for Apache will run with default settings but this gives the option to override these for advanced users.

I'll add a little more to the FAQ as well I think.
