Backup, backup, backup!

I really can't state this enough... make regular backups!
File>Archive>Current Project takes around 2 seconds to complete and it can save many a tearful moment if your PC crashes and takes your project along with it.
By default this will place a CAB archive into the \Backups folder of the active project but you can store them anywhere. I would always recommend working on the local PC hard drive and this extends to creating backups too... you can move them onto a server with Windows Explorer easy enough once it's safely created.
