Walls disappear when importing to IES.

I've been trying to import a model to IES, but walls seem to disappear with every attempt. Sketchup recognizes the rooms just fine, but the walls don't survive the import to IES. This problem seems to affect walls that have windows in them.
Here's an example from IES' own demonstration model.
I have the full IES program. Does anyone know what may be the problem here?

Hi ,
Could you please install the latest version of SketchUp plugin & give a try for exporting model ?
You did not mention which SketchUp plugin version you are using , if it is older then I would strongly recommend you to use the latest one.
You can download it from our website, & also from Knowledge base using search keyword "Version Archive".
I hope this has been of some help.

Thank you for your response. I'm afraid I'm using the plug-in 6.4, which I believe is the latest one? I downloaded it from here:

Are there any other suggestions?

Hi,
What version of VE do you have installed (check in Help >> About after you have brought the model into VE). There was an issue with the first version of 6.4.0.7 we released that looks very similar to this.
If you have 6.4.0.7 installed then get the latest patch from our download centre, if you are running VE 6.4.0.8 then post back so I can investigate this further (version of SketchUp you are running is worth knowing as well)

That was it!
I had VE 6.4.0.7. I downloaded the hotfix 6.4.0.8 and now it works perfectly. Thanks to the both of you.
