heating and cooling system

Hallo,

I am trying to figure out how to implement the following different energy systems in a building block:
1: A central heating system with radiators based on an oil boiler for space heating.
2: A DHW system generated from electrical heaters - one in each appartment.
3: Air conditining - one split unit per apartment.

I hope somebody can help me answering how I can model these systems? And do I need to model in ApacheSim or ApacheHVAC?

Further one question related to the airflow in one apartment. If I place a split air-conditing unit in one room of the apartment, will the cooled air from one room mix with the warmer air in the other rooms?
