Hi - they are shown in Vista... use the "Monthly totals" option.

I'd suggest booking an online training session if you are planning to use this in any serious manner.

Hi Trixy... in the Help menu there's a User Guides option. Once you get over the shock of the quite frankly amateur looking index page you might eventually find the Vista manual (who looked at this at IES and though, Yes... that's the business?)... in there it describes a lot of the variables and options. I personally found it quicker to simply hit the buttons and see what popped up first and then refer to the manual afterwards to see the bits I didn't get first time out.
