Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Model Viewer II.
To try and help you out, can you answer a few questions.
Does this happen with every project?
- If it does, do they share a common base path? (e.g. c:\ve-projects\...)
- If it's project specific, can you provide the exact mit file path. (e.g. c:\ve-projects\test_model_01\test_model_01.mit)
- An easy way to copy a path (in Windows Vista onwards) is to
Shift + Right-Click on the file/folder in question and select 'Copy as path' from the context menu.
How far do you get when trying to load Model Viewer II?
(e.g. the loading screen, the window appears, nothing appears?)
What specific version of VE 2015 are you using?
- To find out, open the software and go to Help > About VE... and take a note of the Version 2015.x.x.x
Can you also provide your system information.
- Open the software, go to Help > Troubleshooting... > System Info. and then Copy the information.
Lastly, in the project's veXML folder there might be a viewer.log file. It depends on when MV2 is crashing, but if the files exists, can you send it on please.
