Lighting database access and the different lighting profiles

This is the first time I'm trying to use this plugin for my dissertation.
There is no lighting database on my laptop, so how can I link to the database online?
Does IES allow me to input different lighting usage profiles for different luminaires?

What IES product do you have installed? Is it the full VE Pro set or the reduced VE-Ware?

What applications are you using for the analysis?

I'm not sure what Lighting database you refer to here
