Modeling simple evaporative cooling

Hello, I am trying to model a simple kind of evaporative cooling, but it seems difficult using HVAC.

This is exactly what I need to do:

I just would like to model a dummy room beside my analysis room, emulating a ceramic evaporative cooler, with an opening towards outside and another opening towards the analysis room. Then I would like to inlet air to the dummy room and chill it somehow with this formula:

DBTdummy room = DBToutside - 0.8*(DBToutside - WBToutside)

Where:
DBT=dry bulb temperature
WBT=wet bulb temperature

and then inlet cooled air to my analysis room.

So it is just a simple formula with this input:
DBT,WBT
and this output
DBT dummy room

How can I do that?

As usually, thank you so much!

I resolved. It was simple!

I created a system, called EVAP, with no fuel and a high SEER. Then I created a template in the Building Template Manager:

in System tab I inserted my new system 'EVAP'
in Room condition I defined:

Cooling Profile: on continuosly
SImulation Cooling Setpoint: Timed, with the formula related to evaporative cooling functioning

Then I assigned this template to the zone that simulate the evaporative cooling and run Apache.

Results of emulation are very close to expectations.
