ASHRAE 90.1 Navigator - Performance curves coefficients

Hi,

I would like to know how are the performance curves coefficients defined in the case of the baseline equipments (dx cooling, chillers etc) ? Are they define to match the minimum performance as required by ASHRAE 90.1? Or they would be based in standard market equipments?
