Hi

an error occurred while running apache calculations:

The software will stop during the analysis, and if you click the stop, "an error occurred while running apache calculations" will come out, is it license problem?

Please, who can help me?

I don't think that is a licence problem, the error doesn't tell us much. It could be a permissions issue though so please make sure you have the project saved on your local machine in an area where you have full admin read and write permissions.
