Hi,
I've have some problem with LEED Full report that, during Design Review, reviewer have addressed and that I cannot explain.

Thare are some differences between Model Floor Area and Table 1.2 Total Area. 4383mq is the right value, I don't understand why first page summary reports a different value (4288mq).

In Table 1.4, internal lighting and receptacle equipment density are different. I've checked in both baseline/proposed model and each zone have the correct value and this is verify with the same final consumption. Why Table 1.4 reports densities that are double for proposed case also if proposed/baseline models have the same inputs?

I had the same issue.
It seems like shading objects are included in Table 1.4.
If your shading objects have a thermal template like "SPACE: Offices" or so, their LPD is accounted in Table 1.4.
To eliminate the error, you have to go in ModelIt, select your Shading Objects switch to Apache and give them a thermal template like "default" or so. (as you can not select shading objects in apache, this has to be done in modelit).

With a new simulation the report should be fine.
All constructions assigned to shades will also be displayed in the report. Workarounf is analogue to the described one.

If you have inconsistency in the simualtion result tables, you might need to regenerate your baseline.

Thank you very much, what you suggested resolved all the issues in VE report!

Now lighting density is slightly different only due to a different net surface (same gross area) between models.

with previous error, your cooling load and energy may also have problem.
checking thermal template is a very important step before do sizing or annual simulation
