AFUE + SEER in IES, confused! please help....

Hello,
could someone please help me understand how I might input the data of an Apache System?
I'm modeling (dynamic simulation) a detached residential house. I'm interested in annual energy, but hourly indoor temperature.
1) I have a gas boiler which I know has an AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency) of 80%, but since it seems that this is an American standard of gauging equipment efficiency, I have no idea where to input this information. Inside where you set up Apache System, on the Heating tab, do I input that info for Seasonal efficiency or SCoP?
2) similarly, for Cooling, I have air conditioners (my only chilling source, these are window units have several of them) that is of SEER 10 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio , which is actually in BTU/Wh so it's actually in the multiple of 0.29307107, inside Apache System, on the cooling tab, what do I put for SSEER (which is in the unit of KW/KW), is this the same as SEER * 0.29307107? But then what do you put Seasonal EER?
All of the different units and different acronyms are really confusing me, could someone please help me?
Thank you very much!
