Modelling individual electric fans and heaters

Can anyone help me with the modelling of individual electric fans and electric heaters. Should I account for them in internal gains for the respective room, or there is any type of option in apache systems for such equipment.

yeah - myope's hit the nail right on the head - create an HVAC network to model the individual components. Just don't expect to figure out how to use the bugger without spending hours on it first (ROI problem right there).
