Radiators,TRVs and water supply temeprature in ApacheHVAC

Has anyone got any experience of accurately modelling radiators and specifically TRVs? Is it a case of implementing a "proportional controller" at the level of composition of a "room (without air supply)". Does anyone have recommended values for typical set-ups e.g. in domestic settings, or simple natural ventilated offices?

Also, with supply temperatures of hot water loops, it appears possible to either put in fixed, timed (absolute profile which therefore does not allow formula entry), or variable based on external temperature. Is it possible to dynamically change this based on other variables? When "reset" is chosen, from the "Hot water supply temperature reset type" there is only one option available - "outdoor air temperature reset"
