Constant Temperature Profiles

Post by shonaw »

I know this probably really simple but I can't figure it out.
How do I set up a constant temperature profile?
Not obvious in ApPro and I can't find any info in the user guides.

thanks,

You just need to create an Absolute profile (rather than a modulating).

ApPro manual has more details on how to do this and there should be some examples in the guide although most examples provided with applications are for modulating and formula profiles since that's a little more complicated. Once you've done one absolute profile and assigned it then you've pretty much got the hang of it I'd say.

There are a few already available in the system weekly profiles database, you just need to select and import them across to the project database.

Many thanks. I understood that I needed an absolute profile, it was how to fix the units that I was puzzling over. simple after all. :)
