Individual room based oil-filled electric heater

Can anyone help me with the modelling of individual room based electric fans and electric heaters (oil-filled or electric resistance). Is it possible to account for them in internal gains for the respective room, or there is any type of option in apache systems for such equipment. I was suggested in the ApacheSikm forum to model the in Apache HVAC.
If so, how is network design for this simple system.
