Hi,

I'm having problems installing Microflo in VE-Pro 5.9.2 (Case 24019) so have installed a parallel OS (Win XP 2002 SP2) with as little on it as possible ... .NET and Visual C++ 2005 redistributable and will then reinstall VE-Pro 5.9.2 and ask for the keys to be transferred over. However, I want to make sure before I do that that I have all the pre-requisite software installed. However, I can't find the system requirements on the IES website anymore.

Does anyone know what the VE-PRO 5.9.2 system reqs are please?

PS The "problem" is that Microflo cannot be found once VE-Pro is installed

Recommended spec for large projects

1280 x 800 screen (or higher)
256Mb graphics card
Dual core CPU (Intel Core 2, or AMD x2 series) or higher
3Gb RAM



Is you PC pretty old?

The only think I can think of is that the MicroFlo viewer is different to the Model viewer ... based on the same old control but the MicroFlo has custom stuff added. Possibly the custom stuff needs more graphics power or something like that? I know that the keys sytem tries to load the individual modules first and if there's a problem it hides them (so you don't see MicroFlo).

You tried banging a new £40 ($60) graphics card into the PC?
