Pink Rooms -cant add openings

hello

have just tried adding some additional geometry to a model, but can't now add openings to them. one room was placed inside another, whilst the other was an add on to the building.

the rooms are now being given pink icons in the side menu instead of the usual yellow and are also pink in the viewer (instead of blue). i guess it's determining them as an 'adjacency'. but don't understand why or how to change.


all drawing done so far has been 'snapped to grid' and creating openings worked fine for all the rest, -i haven't changed a thing!
...or so i believe...

These aren't rooms, they are "adjacent building" shades, you need to change the room type to room so you can apply openings etc. Have a look in the ModelIT User Guide or training notes to find out how to change room type.
