Assigned materials reset/switched after Identify Rooms run

Hi,

Using the latest version of the plugin (which has been released internally for testing before it goes public) I haven't had any problems of this type but if you could provide us with a model that exhibits this behaviour or detailed steps to reproduce the issue then we will be able to address it before the full release of the plugin.
