Glass lamellas

Can anyone give me guidance on constructing glass lamellas on to a facade.

Do you mean like an opaque wall covered in glass fragments? If so, I would imagine it would be a case of adjusting the global reflectance properties. I'm not sure how much difference it will make thermally and whether it is really worth the effort of including it.

Yeah I agree with that, treat it as a frosted glazing solution etc
