Temperature Set Points Exceeded

Hi there,
I'm currently modelling a sports facility which includes a heavily glazed pool hall which must be maintained at very specific internal conditions throughout the day and night.
I've noticed that the room regularly surpasses the temperature set points outlined in the building template manager, even with the heating/cooling profile set to continuously on. Generally the pool hall overheats in a manner which correlates with the high solar gains the room experiences. Could anyone provide me with some guidance as to why it is deviating from the set points?
Currently all other rooms are within the temperature set points I have defined. I assume that IES generally sticks to the temperature set points and adjusts the loads accordingly based upon the apache system you have assigned to that room, however what I'm seeing suggests that IES isn't behaving in this way.
I've attached some images of the thermal template and apache system for the room.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
