IES-VE User Forum

After working all week on a project i have returned to open the file only to find the error 'parameter is incorrect' and subsequntly the project will not open. Any help would be great as i spent a week putting the parameters in to modelIT and running radiance for DL factors. Any help would be great im ripping my hair out.

If the project is not opening at all then it could be the project is corrupt. If you are still having problems then please archive the project folder (.zip or .rar) and send via http://upload.iesve.com and we recover what we can for you.
