Navigator for LEED-USA - Day lighting EQ8.1

Post by luanaepb »

Hi,

I have a doubt related to the parameters considered in FlucsDL in order to perform the IEQ 8.1 analysis.

I took a look at the configurations related to the calculation quality and for both analysys (simple/advanced) the calculation method is set as "no inter-reflection".

Why was this parameter defined this way? Shouldn't we consider the effect that the inter-reflections have in the performance?

Regards,

Unfortunately at the moment, neither simple or advanced would take into account any changes made to surface reflectance's.
