apHVAC "unassigned room..." error

Post by kbeason8385 »

I'm using the PRM navigator and have defined my baseline and proposed. I get an error message which states, "Unassigned Room component(s) and Active Duct location(s) present. Do you want to assign and save?" I've assigned to the multiplex the room groups after putting all unconditioned rooms into their own room group and not assigned them to anything. I've assigned the duct locations on each layer of the multiplex, inside plenums. I've assigned the plenums on most rooms and for rooms that do not have plenum above, I put as "unset".

What could be causing this error message?

I think the issue here is you have zone set to selection "unset". I would recommend setting it to "adiabatic".
