Hi John,

I had a similar issue as I hadn't ticked the heat source on and assigned a heat source and therefore I missed a lot of energy. However once I created an electric boiler in the generic heat sources and assigned this II found the energy showing in "ApHVAC other htg plant energy" in vista.

Have you got the source assigned and checked all the heating plant vista variables?
