Lighting inputs
Lighting inputs
I am carrying out an SBEM analysis but when I view the lighting data box it does not let me select the lamp type, can you tell me how I can select this?

Re: Lighting inputs
Hi Ecoboost
I tend to use DSM more than SBEM but I'll give this a go.
Inside VE Compliance highlight a room and query it. Then go to the "Building Regs" tab and click on the "NCM lighting data" button.
At the top under SBEM design options select the "Only lighting type known" option and then the "Lamp type" drop down list directly beneath should become available which should allow you to select various generic fitting types.
Note: If you want to set multiple rooms at once to the same lamp type then you can go through the same process but use the "Edit group attributes" button instead of the "Query" button with multiple rooms selected.
Hope this helps.

Re: Lighting inputs
That's odd.
Could it be that you are trying to assign lighting to an NCM zone type that is defined as un-lit? Just a thought.
