Anyone know why the graphics are doing this? Only happens on this model. None other.

Check the building's location in ModelIT compared with the IES origin. If the model is a long way from it, try moving the whole model close to the origin point.

No problem
I've seen this issue a few times when peer reviewing models and it can almost always be traced back to messy architectural drawings. The very first thing I do when starting a new project is copy and paste the original DWG plan(s) in AutoCAD into a blank sheet with a common point being 0,0,0 (lift shafts work quite well for this if you dont have a reference grid since they tend to line up on most floors).
I then rotate the drawing so as to maximise the number of lines that are vertical/horizontal, remove any fluff that's not needed and save as a DXF.

I generally do what you describe also but I must have forgotten to move the dwg to the origin. That had me baffled for ages. I reloaded graphics drivers etc. What a twonk. lol.
My next issue is shading. Ive got to model a perforated shading device. ie a panel with loadsa little holes. TBH i think its a red herring but the MD wants it so cue a myriad of dumb questions in the next few days.
Anyhoo thanks once again CP.

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to answer all of his dumb questions
